T.O.S.

Purchasing a commission or YCH you accept that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.

You must be older than 18 years old to buy NSFW Commission. If you buy the commission, you AGREE that you are 18+

USAGE RULES:

— Standart deadline is 3 months after payment, if artwork will have any other deadline I let you know before payment (If you have specific fast deadline, then I take 30%-50% of the amount of commission)
— Private arts are accepted (you must notify before the art, otherwise the art will be public)
+50% to the cost for Shaded Sketch
+100% to the cost for Fullrender illustration with normal/high Background
!Other cases can be discussed!

RIGHTS:

— I as an artist retain all rights to created artwork. I may use any picture I create for sell and presentation in digital or printed form. You agree that I may sell higher-resolution files and WIP stages of your commission as part of image packs, Patreon rewards, or similar.
- In any case, I will include on all pictures used in this manner the character’s full name, the creator of the character, and copyright information.
— The Copyright of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for Non-Commercial use only (Upload the Web-Version to your gallery, use it as an avatar, print posters for yourself and friends etc.)!
— If you want to buy Commercial Usage Rights please ask for a quote.
— You will get two images:
1)Small resolution for publication on the internet
2)High resolution for personal use only

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS:

- Paypal is a preferred method of payment.
- Payment plans available for +300$
- I have the right to cancel a commission.
- Clients get a full refund only if I cancel the commission for personal reasons.
- Clients can’t refuse the commission and make a refund (Please, can't pay - don't buy! I want to eat too)
— If you do a refund of your payment without any reasons when your commission was finished (trying to scam me) you'll be blocked. Please, respect artists!

HOW TO COMMISSIOM ME:

Send me the following commission details:
- Type of commission
- Characters(s) references (basic information about them)
- Write down a description of what you are looking for, whats will they be doing
- If no visual representation is available then write down a detailed text description

ABOUT PROCESS:

- After your payment received I'll send you WIP for approval. Any changes can be applied.
- After the sketch is approved, I'll only fix my own mistakes
- I try to work quickly, but sometimes I need more time, so be patient, please.
- At the end you'll get a link where you can download art in high quality + web version.
